Here at Hielo®, we expect some rules and guidelines to be followed as a Trainee or as any Lower-Rank. If you fail to follow these instructions, there will be severe consequences, which include a demotion. As a Trainee, you are viewed as a role model to other customers and guests; this encourages them to be a part of the group. It is mandatory that you maintain professionalism at all times at any Hielo® facility, including the use of grammar. If you are seen without using grammar you will be warned once and following that will be a demotion, if continued. We want to set the image to others that Sakura Tea is a group where respect and satisfaction will be given.
[NOTE] Make sure to have a greeting for your customer at the ready so that you can take their orderly quickly.

-Do's-
As mentioned previously, we want all LRs to maintain professionalism as well as grammar at all times. The MRs and HRs want to see Trainees active, helping one another, and keeping your maturity. By doing this, it will help MRs and HRs determine your capabilities in obtaining the next rank. We want to see respect among everyone as disrespect is not tolerated whatsoever. All in all, if you follow these guidelines you will have a much more fun and easier experience working at Hielo®.
-Do not's-
What we do not wish to see is staff cheating points, being disrespectful, or being blatantly rude to customers. These sorts offenses will result in an immediate demotion. Refrain from begging, asking, or hinting for a promotion as that decreases your chances and will result in a demotion if continued. We recommend that you do not hang around your friends as often as opposed to working behind the counter. In doing so, it will give Hielo® an image we do not wish to be seen as. Working effectively and efficiently will get you where you want to be in the long run, not going the easy way out.
