Information for the following: (Hiring Managers +) If you are attending a training or interviews you are required to use proper grammar at all times, maintain maturity/professionalism and have control over every situation. Behavior issues of lower ranked staff or customers will not be tolerated and should result in some consequence including warnings and kicks from server. We expect all staff to take both training's and interviews seriously. Running of interviews: (Before running interviews there should be a Group shout posted.) 1) Should start off with the seating of Customers (People in The Subway ® Group) in order of time they arrived to the interviews, People causing problems or not taking a seat should be warned and consequences if still not following instructions. 2) Customers should be numbered using *Player's name* // 1. Depending on their order of time they arrived. 3) A brief summary of what is going to happen,rules and expectations, This should be told by The Host, also introductions of interviews and other staff involved e.g “Hello, My name is Jemma and I’m a proud Senior Executive at Subway ®. I will be your Host for these interviews today.” PTS should be used by the Customers during this stage. 4) Interviews should start, Customers patiently waiting their turn as one person to one interviewer at a time. Interviews should be done in a private area, if at the Interview Center this is required to be done in the rooms out the back. If interviewing at the Home Store then in a private area e.g on the roof, in the VIP room/ Security room or on the rocks around the back. 5) The interview is required to give an introduction and use the interview questions whilst using proper grammar. An introduction example could be “Hello, I’m Jemma and I will be your interviewer today.” 6) If passed the Customer should be ranked ASAP by the interviewer or someone in the server, failure of ranking immediately can result in having to re interviewed the Customer unless proven by the interviewer or staff at that session. 7) An congratulations by the interviewer should be done to both congratulate and give recognition to the Interviewee, For example “Congratulations you have passed your interview, you will be ranked to Trainee momentarily, We suggest you attend one of our training's.” 8) If the Customer fails her/his interview that should be told as to why and reminded of the option to try again tomorrow, If any problems arise the player shall be kicked from server with no arguments. 9) A shout should be updated once the interviews have concluded again congratulating the new staff members. Interview Questions: These questions should be used by the interviewer for every interview. Interviewees shall answer with proper grammar and relevant answers. 1) How did you find Subway ®? Answers: Go along the lines of Ads, Friends etc. 2) What can you bring to the Subway ® that others can’t? Answer: Personal skills for that person. 3) What is your goals within Subway ®? Answers: Help the Group grow, Make Subway a better place for both Staff and Customers etc. 4) Have you had any previous experiences within the food business and customer service (On Roblox)? (Should include place and rank) Answers: So#######aitress. Frappe, Barista etc. 5) What are your strengths and weaknesses? Answers: Leadership, Grammar, Customer service, previous experience etc. 6) What is your activity like on a scale of 1-10? Examples of different times should be given by the interviewer e.g Once a week would be a 7, Daily would be 9-10. 7) What changes would you make to Subway ® to make our future brighter? Answers: Rebuilt Home store,More menu items, More shifts etc. !!!WHILST ASKING THESE QUESTIONS PROPER GRAMMAR SHOULD BE USED BY BOTH THE INTERVIEWER AND CUSTOMER!!! Training's: Training's should be ran after interviews and once a week at another time, These times should be group shouted before starting for best possible turn outs. Training's should be hosted by a Hiring Manager + and should be observed by a higher rank if can be. At training's the same rules as the Home store and Interview Center do apply and proper grammar should be used at all times. Running of Training: 1) Trainee’s should be lined up STS outside facing towards the store with the Staff running the training facing towards them also STS. 2) An introduction should be given by the staff attending and a brief summary of what is going to happen should be given as well (Including rules and expectations). 3) A staff member shall then lead the Trainee’s in an orderly fashion into the kitchen where they are required to position back to STS. 4) An explanation of how to use equipment(How to make food items on the menu), where equipment is located, how to use the giving tool and rules within the kitchen should be done. 5) Trainee’s should then head around to the front of the counter where they will be taught how to do introductions, locate where the menu is and be told TO NEVER STAND ON THE COUNTERS AS IT LEADS TO DEMOTION OF ONE RANK. 6) After explanations the Trainee’s shall be tested on their introduction at counter, making of food and customer service skills by a staff member reenacting a Customer. 7) Feedback shall be given to the Trainee by the Staff member testing them. 8) Once done this test the Trainee shall be sent out to STS back outside Subway and wait for the other Trainee’s to finish been tested. 9) Once all have finished an explanation on what to do with Trollers, exploiters and misbehaving Customers before been tested by another Staff member reenacting. (3 warnings then call an HR.) 10) If Trainee has passed both tests they shall be ranked to [C1] Sub Assembler I.
