1) Name: 2) ROBLOX Join Date##############3) Do you speak fluent English?: Yes. 4) State your previous experience in the Law Enforcement fiel########################5) Why is the Stapl#########ty Sheriff's Office the best fit for you?: Well it is amazing how you guys do your job and protect people. It encouraged me that i should become law enforcement. 6) What makes you unique as an individual?:I think differently most people I know, I apply logic, reason and emotional aspects in equal proportion to the solution of problems. I have an unusual amount of intuition when it comes to people, I am able to figure out motivations and intentions with a high rate of accuracy. Even with people whom I've had very little interaction with. ## ###### ######## ############## cause is a requirement found in the Fourth Amendment that must usually be met before police make an arrest, conduct a search, or receive a warrant. Courts usually find probable cause when there is a reasonable basis for believing that a crime may have been committed (for an arrest) or when evidence of the crime is present in the place to be searched (for a search). 8) Define Reasonable Suspicion:Reasonable suspicion is a standard used in criminal procedure. It is looser than probable cause. Reasonable suspicion is sufficient to justify brief stops and detentions, but not enough to justify a full search. When determining reasonable suspicion, courts consider the events leading up to the brief stop and a decide whether these facts, viewed from the standpoint of an objectively reasonable police officer, amount to reasonable suspicion. 9) Define Arrest:to seize (a person) by legal authority or warrant take into custody. 10) State your pros and cons Pros:Cops work hard and train harder. We learn to protect ourselves and others - and safely control arrestees - through rigorous defensive tactics training. It's hard work, but it's a lot of fun, and you get a great work out in the process. Besides "DT" training, we get excellent tactical and firearms training, pursuit driving, first aid and CPR, and all kinds of advanced training in a number of specialty areas. Cons:Police officers are scrutinized by the public perhaps more than any other profession, with the notable exceptions of politicians and celebrities. Think about it if a civil engineer gets into an argument with her neighbor, do you think that neighbor is going to call her employer and complain that she was rude and discourteous? 11) Are you willing to Dedicate your time to the Sheriff's Office?:Yes absolutely. 12) On a scale of 1-10 how active are you?: 6 times in a week. 13) When would you draw/discharge your firearm?:I would draw if their is no arm civilian.
