In the City of Norfolk, I've been in various different departments, I was an Officer in the Norfolk City Police Department, Ex-Fire Chief of the Norfolk City Fire Department, Sergeant in the Department of Corrections, Squad Leader in the Norfolk City Government Protections Agency, Superintendent in Norfolk City Department of Transportation, as well as a Judge for Norfolk City General District Court. I've also run for Council before.

As you all know, there are many unsolved loopholes that people will use to their advantage, and I intend to create fairness in our government, and court system by proposing bills to solve these multiple loopholes. Secondly, I believe in department head removal fairness. Multiple removals were put up without even communicating with the department heads, don't you all think we should try to help the department head, instead of removing them immediately? Let's create fairness.
Note to current council members; I'd appreciate if you'd not take my idea and allow me to do it myself. Kind regards, Matthew.

I plan to only create equality, and fairness within Norfolk. I've had a rough past, however, I want to change. Maybe the government is where I belong with the past that has taught me many things.
