You may not hold a training until the rank of General. High Colonel may host under supervision of a General and higher, and Colonels may ONLY Co-Host. If you see someone hosting a training under the rank of Colonel, You are to report it to a Surface Marshal or to a Ruling Council Member. You can NOT free rank someone. It doesn't matter if it is your best friend, EVERYONE HAS TO WORK FOR PROMOTIONS! If you choose to free rank someone, you will be punished! Audit Log is being checked constantly!
