Add no bait and trash posts on the Forum Rules

I'm going off with Lego here,Lego's thread inspired me,anyway. The title is simple enough As adding this feature in will greatly reduce the number of bait each forum has *RT,OT etc* As bait is almost always unfunny and not used correctly,only used for views because the person wants to get FAME. adding this in will take the bait away,and the user has to get 'fame' by Acutally decent posts (And no not adding points for a post just reputation) Color splash!

RT and OT are built of bait. It should just be an S&I and Help forum rule.

The one really costs the trash posts, is TheShadowMessage, but i don't care about him. Bait and trash posts should be stopped, that way, maybe more moderators will come to this sub-forum instead of 2 or 3. Give me my pumpkin pie!
