• Training Rules •
[1] Grammar is needed at all times, inside and outside your training. Failing to use grammar will result in your failure.
[2] Respect is needed at all times, towards your trainer and fellow baristas. Disrespect is not tolerated
[4] Do not give your drink to your trainer until he/she asks for it.

-Must be a Assistant Manger+ to attend training sessions.
-Only 1-3 trainers per session.

You are going to have to shout on the group wall, and it is highly recommended that you come at least 15 minutes early and shout 15 minutes early. We slock EXACTLY at the starting time. No compromises will be made if you are late.

[TRAIN] SWhen it is time, you may lock the server.
The first thing you must do is you may answer questions and concerns that people have if they ask for assistance, but please have them stay seated. You can ask them to say "PTS" (Permission to Speak) if they would like to ask a question.
Once the server is locked, you may use :M or :SM to begin the session.

• Training Procedure •
You will first ask each Trainee's for their greeting. Correct any grammar mistakes they have and praise them if their greeting is grammatically correct. Then you train every Trainee how to make Milkshake, Ice cream, ETC. After that you will do a Trolling test on them, after they passed you may name them passed and rank them. Then tell them they're allowed to go. (After ranking them). |
