Expectations of a Jolly Ann Employee:
Low Ranks:
• Follow all the rules and orders given to you by the executives.
• You are expected to work without complaining or hesitating when trying new methods or procedures.
• You are expected to accept and be responsive to constructive criticism without taking it personally.
• Be ma######t all times.
• You are expected to use proper grammar at all times.
• Make sure you give the customer what they want and respect them. If there are trollers make sure to report them to a HR.
• Must follow and do your duties when you are at work.
• If you want to keep your rank you must stay active.
• MUST GREET CUSTOMERS WITH A PROPER GREETING AND A SMILE, a good example would be, “Hello, welcome to Jolly Ann! How may I help you?“
Middle Ranks and High Ranks:
• You must treat everyone how you want to be treated.
• MUST ABIDE BY THE DRESS CODE AND WEAR THE MR/HR AT ALL TIME.
• You are expected to only use your admin abilities when needed. If by chance you were found using it to abuse or just for fun, you will be demoted or kicked without any warnings.
• Listen to anyone who needs assistance.
• BE MA######T ALL TIME.
• Must follow and do your duties when you are at work.
• Must stay active. If you aren't going to be active for a while make sure to let the owner know.
• Must give 3 warnings on an individual who is not abiding by the rules. If an individual abuses, harasses, or threatens a guest or a customer ban him/her right away as we do not want this to happen in the future, this also applies for hackers.
