Article I:
Rights of Humans within the Galaxy
I. All human beings reserve the right to kill and/or dispose of any aliens (non-humans) not within the Imperial Rankings, and presenting a bother to the Empire.
II. All humans must prove their residency of the system by providing a legal and active identification to prove they reside in order to be granted protection from the military.
III. Humans may hold any type of civil job, as well as the ability to join the military by providing a legal and active identification.
IV. All humans reserve the right to read the constitution and follow the laws approved by the Emperor.
V. All humans must be in submission and obey the Emperor, military, and Imperial Government. Doing else would be treasonous, and would result in exile and execution of the traitor(s).
VI. Any humans caught working with terrorists, or attempting to help terrorists will be killed.
VII. All humans must undergo tests of health, and present valid identification in order to access certain systems.
VIII. It is the responsibility of all humans to report any suspicious activity to the Imperial Military.
IX. Any human caught tampering with Imperial equipment and/or property will receive immediate detainment and will be arrested.
X. Any human caught stealing the identity of another creature may be subject to imprisonment.
XI. All humans have the responsibility of respecting the Imperial Government and Military.
XII. All rights of humans not stated in the constitution are delegated to the Empire.

Article II:
Rights of Aliens within the Galaxy.

II. All non-humans may work in a position, if approved by a Grand Moff[+].
III. All non-humans reserve the right to read the constitution and follow the laws approved by the Emperor.

Article III: Declarations of War
I. Only the Emperor reserves the right to declare immediate war
II. If the Senate cannot reach the Emperor, 60% of the senate must be in favor of war to declare it.
III. At least six fleets and three armies must be in commission at all times in cases of war or emergency.
IV. There must be at least 5 TGE and 5 Raiders for an official raid.
V. Enemies must give 12 hours must beforehand in order to prepare for an official raid (when not at war).

Article IV: Powers of the Galactic Senate
I. The Senate may pass any laws restricting non-humans.
II. The Senate may elect their own members, with approval from the Emperor.
III. The Senate may veto a Moff made law, if it is unanimous.
IV. The Senate may pass laws regarding humans, with approval from the Emperor.
V. The Senate cannot veto laws by the Emperor.

Article V: Powers of the Moff Council
I. All members of the Moff Council must be approved each year by the Emperor.
II. The Emperor chooses all members of the Moff Council.
III. Current members of the Moff Council may request someone be added to the council to the Emperor.
IV. The Moff Council may Veto any laws of the Senate if any member dissapproves it.
V. The Moff Council may not Veto any laws of the Emperor.

Article VI: Allies and Alliances of the Empire
I. Only the Emperor may make alliances.
II. Alliances must be with those that assist, trade, or respect the Empire.
III. Alliances may not be affiliated with the Republic, Resistance, or any Rebellions.
