Interview Guide For MR'S+
These interview questions are to be asked to trainees when a scheduled interview is made at the café.
Rules to go over with applicants before the Interview Session begins...
= Interview Rules =
[1] Grammar is required inside and outside interviews at all times. Failure to use grammar will result in you failing your interview.
[2] Respect all present staff and attending interviewees. Disrespect is not tolerated and will result in being kicked from the server.
[3] You must answer each question within 40-60 seconds after being asked the question. Exceeding this time limit results in failure for that question.
[4] Please remain seated while waiting for your interview. If you do not remain seated, you will be kicked from the server.
[5] Please try not to go AFK during the interview session as you may miss out on being interviewed if you are called upon to be interviewed while AFK.

1) Why do you want to work at Impresso Espresso?
2) Do you have any experience working at café based careers? If so, name the places and the ranks you have been.
3) Why should we hire you over any other applicant?
4) How active are you on a scale of 1-10? (1 being inactive, 10 being the most active.)
5) What goals would you like to achieve here at Impresso Espresso?
6) Do you have any final questions, comments, or concerns?
Make sure the person answering must answer between a 40-60 second span, if the time limit is over 40-60 seconds, we must assume the applicant is "AFK" and must fail them immediately.
