IMPERIAL LAW (IL)
The rules and regulations written to insure that justice and order is kept to the empire. These laws are to be kept at all times, on Discord and in-game.

Section One:
The Imperial Dark Consul, in the absence of The Emperor, is to be treated and respected as such. Denying the Dark Consul this respect will result in similar punishment of disrespecting The Emperor himself.
Section Two:
All members above the rank of O-2 will be given some sort of admin in-game. No owner of this admin is to abuse it. Admins are to use their in-game power only to insure order is assured and for nothing else.
Section Three:
During a training, an individual may use admin almost freely, as long as it does not disrupt the training. Adding Audio is permitted only if it is relevant.
Section Four:
An individual that leads a division has full rights to use any commands they see fit to assist in picking the most plausible candidate for their division.
Sub-Section 1: All persons hosting tryouts for their division must inform all trainees at the beginning with this said statement "If you are currently in a division, you cannot be in Two divisions at once. If you currently are, you are asked to depart and come back later when you get a discharge from the emperor or your division commander." All persons attending a tryout of a division must be well informed of this.
Section Five:
Individuals are permitted to watch trainings/tryouts if the host allows spectators to be present.
Sub-Section 1: I.I and L-2+ do not need permission to spectate and the host does not have the right to boot them from the tryout or training.

Section One:
All members that own a Discord account are permitted to be in the main Discord communications.
Section Two:
If any individual is removed from the Discord communications, with legitimate reasons, they are not to be added back by any personally other than H-1+.
Section Three:
No radical or disturbing content of any kind may not be allowed in a Discord conversation. Pictures are allowed, but to a minimum.

Section One:
When orders is given by a superior, they are to be followed without question.
Section Two:
Officers are required to follow Imperial Law and enforce it accordingly.
Section Three:
While in-game proper grammar and spelling is required.
Section Four:
Attempts to team kill are not permitted and will be punished. An attack on a higher personnel will have you detained, and then questioned.
Section Five:
Troopers and officers are not allowed to enter the enemy's spawn while defending or raiding no matter the conditions.
Sub-section One: If any base that is raided or owned by TRSE has some form of ##### ##### or barriers surrounding the map, members of TRSE are not permitted to get on said cliffs or barriers. If raiders are to get on cliffs at a TRSE owned place they are to be exterminated.
Section Six:
Intel has power over all members, H-1 and below, with probable cause. Such as belief that an individual brings a threat to the empire or breaks IL in any form
Section Seven:
Flaming of any kind is not permitted while in any activities hosted by the empire.
Section Eight:
It is required that officers O-2 to O-6 host exactly one training a week with an Intel member, or H-1+ member present or face demotion to O-2.

Section One:
All members are entitled to join a division unless they are blacklisted from a said division(s).
Section Two:
Members are only permitted to be in one division at a time unless said other wise by The Emperor.(In saying that, Navy is not a division it is a branch permitting you to be in that and a main army division.)
Section Three:
Officers are permitted to order members of a division (Military divisions only)
Section Five:
Dishonorable discharges may be passed upon a insubordinate member by the commander or emperor in which said member will be blacklisted for a time period of 7 days.
Sub-Section 1: Members of a division that leave said division without honorable consent from the emperor or division commander have dishonorably departed and will be blacklisted from all divisions for a period no shorter or great then 7 days.
Section Six:
Dark Honor Guards are the personal guardsmen of the Emperor, they are to be treated with respect. An attack on them is a direct attack on the Emperor and should be treated as such.
