Hello. I am (or at least like to consider myself) to be a Role playing veteran, and would love to manage my own community based off of one of my favorite game series of all time: The Witcher. This post is just to get a general sense of whether there would be a demand for such a game, as this would be my first ever attempt at creating a community for role players. As for what I imagine for my community, I would simply take the ideas from existing RP communities that work, and detract idea's that do not. for example, I believe roleplaying should not be at all restricting (aside from the basics such as ptk, power-tripping, etc.). As such, I would throw 'Official groups' and the likes out the window, you would simply be allowed to RP as whomever you choose. (Excluding some canon characters, and extremely powerful beasts, such as higher vampires.) Anyhow, just looking for a general discussion, ideas and such for a veteran Role-player, but an inexperienced group/community owner. |
