Here is how to host training sessions and train trainees.
Post a training reminder on the group wall at least one hour before training starts just like you would for an interview and arrive at the studio at least ten minutes before training.
*+* HOSTING A TRAINING *+*
1. Select staff who show up at the studio to help with training the trainees. Once staff are selected, use :m to instruct the trainees to head to the studio to train to be an instructor and to head to the stage to be on the AV team. Once trainees are ready use :m to explain the rules.
1. Listen to your trainer and show him/her respect.
2. Grammar is important and should be used most of the time.
3. Trainers should only fail for a good reason, failing a good trainee results in an inspection.
4. Follow the roblox rules. No swearing or being crude.
5. Try your best and good luck.
Use :m to instruct the trainers to begin and that when a trainee has passed, tell them to go to reception to get ranked up. As training is in session supervise everyone and make sure everything is running smoothly.
*+* BEING AN INSTRUCTOR TRAINER *+*
Have the trainees sit on the benches in the studio and say the following. You may copy and paste.
My name is ___ and I am going to be your trainer today! First I am going to tell you a bit about being an instructor. Please listen carefully and leave questions to the end.
As an instructor you are to lead the class and teach them new things about dancing.
All the classes you have attended before can give you ideas of things to do in class. Before class starts you should have a "lesson plan" and know what you want to do in class.
Make class fun and make sure everyone is happy pretty much.
Now I will walk through how exactly to host class.
Shout a reminder about class at least an hour before class starts. It should say: Class hosted by (your name) at (time and time zone). Helper+ may come to help.
Arrive at the studio at least ten minutes before class starts. You can play a game with the dancers who come early.
When it is time for class have dancers sit on the bench and explain the rules which can be found in the rulebook.
Then have the dancers warm up. They can do warm ups in their lanes.
Then you may do the drills and things you have planned. If a member of the AV team shows up you can have dancers dance on stage for fun near the end of class.
At the end of class play a game with the dancers.
Now for admin commands. You will have admin for this job.
Use :m to talk to the class soo everyone can see what you want to say.
Use :music (song code here) to play music for the class to dance to.
Use these commands to dress people up on stage: :fire (player) (number) (colour) :sparkles (player) (colour) :smoke (player) (colour) :light (player) 15
To kick people who do not follow the rules after three warnings say :kick (player)
DO NOT use commands for fun or abuse your admin power!

Test the players with a quiz on the material you explained and make sure they can use the admin commands correctly. If you pass your trainee tell them to go to the lobby for rank up.
*+* BEING AN AV TEAM TRAINER *+*
Have the trainees sit in the audience at the stage and say the following. You may copy and paste.
On the AV team you are to control the music and visual effects on stage to make the recital interesting and fun to watch. It's a lot of fun here is how it works. We mainly use admin commands.
Say :disco to create flashing disco lights in the server.
Say :light (player) 15 to give that player a spot light
Say :fire (player) 5 (colour) to give the player a cool fire effect
Say :smoke (player) (colour) to turn on the smoke machines
Say :sparkles (player) (colour) to give the player sparkle effects
Say :music (song code) to play music
Say :volume (number) to change the volume
Once you get better with the commands you can do really cool stuff. Pay attention to other AV team members and learn from them.
