There is a faction who roams the wastes in search of Pre-War relics, technology, and other various items to obtain a better grasp of what the world was like before the bombs fell. They obtain these by searching ruins, or giving people a large sum of cash for Pre-War relics. They often tend to turn around and sell the relics to other factions in order to make their living. They are called the "Relic Hunters" and serve as archaeologists in the new world.
Lio's Relic Hunters are the first of their kind, hunters of old artifacts and lost items. They are the ones who delve into pre-war ruins in search of the unbound. They offer services to find specific items for certain people as well. As long as the pay is good.
After Lio died, he handed his line of role to Sam Moxey. She began to reform the group for it's main purpose, and also started hiring mercenary troops for their uprising. She plans to fix the underground, once and for all
