1) Be part of the "The United Kingdom 1940s"
2) Not be a part of any of the following groups:
-[A] British Army London 1940s
-[B] Metropolitan Police Force 1940's
-[C] Criminal Investigation Department 1940s
-[D] [SAS] Special Air Service 1940s
-[E] Royal Air Force 1940s
-[F] Security Service 1940s
