If you reached this part of the handbook then you must read so you won't need to ask staff members all the time or let a staff member remind/tell you. Everyone should follow these rules. If seen otherwise, this gives an admin the right to demote, kick, and warn you. ■ Behavior: You should always behave appropriately whether a high rank is present or not. We expect you to be nice and treat customers nicely even if they were trolling or causing some trouble. When speaking to a customer or a fellow worker, make sure to treat them with nothing but kindness and respect. If someone was causing trouble somehow, don’t be disrespectful towards them or use curses. ■ Grammar: Grammar is very crucial for workers here at Red Lobsters. Make sure to use grammar at all times. This adds a level of professionalism. We don’t tolerate the use of improper grammar so don’t forget to use a period to end your sentences, and always capitalise the “i”s as well as the first letter of the word in which the sentence begins in. If you don't follow this you may get demote, kick, or ban.
