How do you get people with more knowledge to join your group

How do you get people with more knowledge to join your group? Not to be mean or anything, but I'm pretty sure most of the people that joined my group don't even know what our group does because they probably didn't even read the ad correctly and assumed that they got free Builders Club when they join.

There are 6 clubs on this group (5 accessible) that are based on if you have a Builders Club or not. You can still join if you don't have a Builders Club, but you will be put into No Builders Club. To rank up I have to check your inventory for a hard hat that you get from getting Builders Club. If you have all hard hats you will be placed into the Mega Builders Club. If you don't have the Builders Club currently, but you did have it you will be put into that specific club. Being in a higher club doesn't mean you're better than everyone else. It just means that you have that specific Builders Club. Please be nice to each other and have a good time building. If there are any problems notify me, littleluke96, and I will help you.
