𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐟'𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞
The Grafton County Sheriff's Office is responsible for patrol, responding to calls, and performing traffic stops. All GCSO deputies are professionally trained and sworn in by the GCSO Sheriff.
𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
The responsibility of the Grafton County Fire Department is to respond to emergencies such as fires, medical emergencies, motor vehicle collisions etc. All GCFD members are professionally trained and sworn in by the Fire Chief.
𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞
The New Hampshire State Police is responsible for patrol, responding to calls, and performing traffic stops. All NHSP troopers are professionally trained and sworn in by the NHSP Captain.
𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐬
The Grafton County Courts is responsible for hearing cases and determining whether or not a subject is guilty of committing a crime, or not.This is an extremely important department in Grafton County.
𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥
The responsibility of the Grafton County Government Protection Detail is to defend all Grafton County Government Officials, and the County Courthouse. They may respond to emergencies when requested to by the Grafton County Law Enforcement Officials. Their jurisdiction is the courthouse, and the small perimeter around it.

Department Transfers:
-If you would like to transfer into a different department, you must request it, and get it approved by two department heads, your current department head, and the head of the department you are wishing to transfer into.
-If your department transfer gets declined by only one department head, you cannot transfer.
-If your department transfer gets declined, and you still wish to join a new department, you must resign from your current department and wait 30 days to apply for another.
