Security Officer
4. As a Security Officer you are to protect the Hotel from exploiters, spammers, scammers, and trollers. The tools you get are are Handcuffs, taser, flashlight, and Security Segway. Handcuffs are used to put people into jail after 3 warnings, or detain them until HR or Mr comes(If there's a exploiter you can just put them into jail immediately or detain them). Taser is only used after 2 warnings. Segway is only used if there's a emergency somewhere or to get around the Hotel faster, and a flashlight is used if you are searching someone or something in the dark. The only on thing you are absolutely NEVER going to do is, "Cuff at the door or sea". To use a Handcuff, just click on the suspect and they will come to you. To release them, just click on a different spot. To use a taser, go near the suspect and click on them, and they will fall to the ground for a few seconds(NEVER use it again and again if they have stopped. If you use taser for no reason, you can get fired or suspended). To use a flashlight, just click on any spot, to turn it on, and to turn if off, just click again on any spot.
Housekeeping
5. As Housekeeping, you are to go around the Hotel and make sure everything is clean and tidy. You are also to make sure that if someone is not using water, to turn if off, and go to Public Wash rooms in the Hotel to clean the floors. A Vacuum is only used for cleaning floors except the Wash rooms. For the Wash rooms you must use a mop to do it. To get a Vacuum or Mop you must click on them, then pretend that you are cleaning. Also use a cloth to wipe mirrors clean. You are additionally, to answer phone calls about complaints if the Public washroom is not clean, and neither the Hotel rooms.
Waitress
6. As a Waitress you are to get peoples order(only people seated in Chairs), and give the EXACT order to the Chef or Barista to make it, depending on what they ordered. Also, make sure to ask them if they want a drink or not before serving them their Food and drinks etc. To give the persons Resource, simply click on the "Hand to" Button and click on their name. Then, they will be automatically given their stuff. You are also to keep visiting them once in a while, to make sure everything is fine, and if they want a refill for their drink. When they're done, make sure to wipe down the table with a "cloth" and "All Purpose Cleaner" so that the table stays nice and clean.
Receptionist
7. As a Receptionist you are going to be handing out rooms to Guests. You will answer the phone also about complaints from Guests or Workers.
•To give a player a Standard room you will say, ;give PLAYER Room Room#
•To give a player a Suite you will say ;give PLAYER Suite Room#.
•To give a player a Luxury Suite say ;give PLAYER Luxury Suite Room#
Vip: Gets Suite rooms.
First Class: Gets luxury Suite rooms.
Standard: Gets Standard rooms.
To take away a room, Instead of ;give, say ;take.
Always remember to serve the Vip lane first, Secondly, the First Class lane, and then finally the Standard.
When talking to a Guest say, “Hello! Welcome to Wyndham Hotels. My name is BLANK. What room can I get for you today?"
Barista
8. As a Barista you will be making a variety of Beverages, and you will be serving Pastry's,Beverages to Customers by looking at the Recipe book for a Barista. You will also be going to take peoples order. To greet them. say something similar to this: "Hello! Welcome to Wyndham Hotels Drink and Pastry's section. My name is BLANK. What Drink or Pastry can I get for you today?" Lastly, and most importantly, if a Waitress asks you to make a drink for a person(seated) waiting to be served, you must make it quickly and asap. Also, give the pastry first to the Waitress to serve, as it takes less time. To give someone a Beverage or Pastry click on the "Hand to" button, and then their name.
Chef
9. As a Chef you will be making the Foods and Desserts in a big Kitchen only designed for you. Lastly, you are to make Desserts and Food quickly and asap if a Waitress asks for it. To give someone a Food or Dessert, just click on the "Hand to" button, and choose their name. And you are to take peoples order. To greet them say, "Hello! Welcome to Wyndham Hotels Food and Dessert section. My name is BLANK. What may I get for you today? |
