For Yugoslavia they say "Ethnic issues" for Cuba (which I know is still a country but the citizens still suffer) They say "Oh its just American capitalist pig propaganda" and for the USSR they say "It's because of them building up their army too much" which is true but they don't admit how much their citizens suffered.

I wouldn't classify USSR as a proper communist state as power wasn't shared equally.

nono, communism isn't bad, I mean equality in very form is a good idea, it's just an idea almost impossible to be put into practice. As said by the OP

communism in every way and shape is bad, nothing is right about it if you want to survive, pull your weight and MORE so you can advance and not only survive but live

I also love when they say a communist nation wasn't communist You're half correct, they took out aspects of communism because they realized early on that the system can't work for a modern nation state

Yugoslavia was actually a mix of socialism and capitalism more than anything, and I don't know what else besides ethnic issues you can pin on it. Everyone hated each other, there was no "unity" like in the US. People didn't call themselves yugoslavs, they called themselves croatians, serbs, bosnians etc... and it led to a bunch of conflicts which in the end split it all up. Not really an excuse ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
