Indeed it is, it goes by a different name now though. "Union of Soviet Socialist Republics" is the new name it goes by now.

I'm literally from one of the yugoslav states and I can confirm we're still a country, just split into multiple others which are all falling apart slowly and degrading into third world countries as the only goal for youth is to escape the country and move somewhere else
