Certain Soldiers must be addressed the correct way. Enlisted are to be called by their rank and Officers are to be addressed as "Sir" or "Ma'am". If you are in a tryout or certain divisonal training, your instructor is to be addressed as "Division Staff". The list below is the names to be addressed as: E1-E2: "Private" E3: "Corporal" E4-E5: "Sergeant" E6: "Master Sergeant" E7: "First Sergeant" O-1 and O-2: "Sir/Ma'am", or "Lieutenant" O3: "Sir/Ma'am" or "Captain" O4: "Sir/Ma'am", or "Major" O5 and O6: "Sir/Ma'am", or "Colonel" O7-O10: "Sir/Ma'am", or "General" JCOS: "Sir/Ma'am",or "General" or "Chairman" GoA: "Sir/Ma'am",or "General" CiC: "Sir/Ma'am",or "Commander" DSAC: "Sir/Ma'am",or "Commander" SAC: "Sir/Ma'am",or "Commander" --------------------------------------------- V) Dress Code Soldiers are always expected to look like soldiers. 1. Get on a uniform. All group places will have Uniforms. Soldiers must ALWAYS be in uniform at United States Military facilities. 2. Soldiers are encouraged to wear PROPER human skintones while at group Facilities. Packages are not allowed, this is because Guns and Stances may not work correctly or at all with your package (2.0 or R15). 3. Soldiers must wear PROPER headgear. Headgear must NOT glitch through your' helmet, cap, etc. For any questions about this rule, PM any high ranking officers. Hats are not required for JCOS+. --------------------------------------------- VI)Interacting with Commanders and Officers 1. Enlisted ranks may NEVER refer to Officers by their name. During trainings/tryouts/PS/columns/formations or otherwise, you must use "PTS", or "Permission to Speak, Sir/Ma'am." NEVER EVER CALL AN ENLISTED SOLDIER SIR/MA'AM! ENLISTED SOLDIERS ARE TO BE ADDRESSED BY THEIR RANK AT ALL TIMES! 2. Never argue with your officers for ANY reason. 3. NEVER ask your officers for a promotion. Even saying the WORD promotion can get you demoted. Don’t hint at it, don't try to be sneaky about it, don’t talk about promotions at ALL. Your here to serve, not to be the "highest ranking person". 4. Don’t suck up to your officers. They don’t need compliments, they know that they’re skilled Soldiers and leaders, otherwise they wouldn’t be officers in the Military. It’s PAINFULLY obvious when someone is trying to get a promotion. Let your actions speak for themselves, don’t go around trying to get officers to notice you. If you’re doing a good job, someone will notice eventually and promote you, and please, don't PM me about ranks. --------------------------------------------- VII) Rank Regulations If you were in the United States Military and you leave and decide to rejoin. DO NOT ask me or other Staff to put your rank to what it used to be! It is your fault you left the group so you will have to work your way back up! If you bug me or other Staff about your old rank, we will just simply ignore you. ALL promotions will be given as your officers see fit. There is NO WAY you can ensure a promotion for yourself. Just follow this guide to the best of your ability and hope an officer sees potential in you. And remember, there’s no shame in being a E1-E-7! Every military needs good, strong, obedient members to show its enemies who’s boss. Be happy to be part of the group; never be upset about your rank. Keep up this attitude and never complain! --------------------------------------------- VIII) CONCLUSION Welcome to The United States Military. When you first enlist, always keep updated with the shout so you can attend BT's to rank up! Thank you for reading this guide. --------------------------------------------- Signed, Deputy Supreme Allied Commander, Annexity Supreme Allied Commander- KatKusor, Commander in Chief- Chickennugget347876, General of Armies- Jimmiekusor
