How do you leave a locked group?

A while ago I joined a glitched group that I couldn't leave, and then the group got deleted / locked, and now I still can't leave. Whenever I click "Leave Group" it just seemingly refreshes the page without actually doing anything. Do I need to email ROBLOX or is there something else I can do?
