Joining game problem

Hello, Before I was playing a game, I was able to enter without problems, but now, when I try to join the screen becomes "stuck" (I can't use my mouse) and it doesn't come back if I wait. But I can get in all other games correctly, it is just this one. If I would get some help it would be cool.
