[POSTED ON BEHALF OF STRATUSNINJA] I have come to the decision that I will be returning in order to relaunch Stratus. I will, as planned, act as an overseer managing the Empire and team of officers as they run the day-to-day business of the group. This is opposed to me manually running the group and therefore the group being heavy reliant on me. In order to fully assess the interest in the group reviving, I am requesting people to join the group. Those already in the group to post on the wall. --- The conditions that must be met before official revival are as followed: -/ Updated facilities -/ Updated recruitment centre -/ Updated tech -/ Team of competent HRs and -/ Small activity base to start --- The main goals of Stratus upon revival: -/ Maintain an active user base -/ Develop and utilise unique training methods that are actually effective -/ Maintain a consistently used recruitment centre -/ Become known for a good ethic, community and attitude -/ Continue to develop officers through the ranks -/ Self sustaining and not reliant on any one --- If you feel you can offer something that may be helpful to the group, PM me or hop onto our discord.
