Able to work as a Trainee. It is VERY MUCH suggested that you attend training to learn what you're getting into.
*Promotion to the next rank is earned through the point system. Once enough points has been acquired, you may screenshot and send to a HR to be promoted.
[] Barista -
Able to work as a Barista.
*Promotion to the next rank is earned through the point system. Once enough points has been acquired, you may screenshot and send to a HR to be promoted.
[] Senior Barista -
Able to work as a Senior Barista.
*Promotion to the next rank is earned through the point system. Once enough points has been acquired, you may screenshot and send to a HR to be promoted.
[] Head Barista -
Able to work as a Head Barista.

==================================MIDDLE RANKS==============================
Middle Ranks promotions are based off of High Rank decision. As an LR, you should always obey an order from a Medium Rank, as they are your superior employees who know certainly know a thing or two about working at Mondo®.
[]Assistant Supervisory Team -
This rank is the trainee rank of Medium Ranks. It is a temporary role for employees to learn the working ethics and decisions of their future position as a Supervisor to ensure they know what he or she is doing once they're promoted.
[]Supervisory Team -
The first real Medium Rank. This position is entitled to watching over the baristas and help fill in missing spots if necessary.
[]Management -
This rank is only earned with hard work, activity, and dedication. As a Manager you are to direct everybody and make sure everybody is on task and productive. You are also expected to fill in with the baristas if need be.
*This rank is also given moderation privileges at the Training/Interview center to help sessions.
[]Senior Management -
This rank is only earned with extreme activity, no signs of Abuse, and dedication. As a Senior Manager you are to direct everybody and make sure everybody is on task and productive.
*This rank is also given moderation privileges at the Training/Interview center to help sessions.
*Applications: Senior Management are also trusted to handle Applications. Further information about this process is mentioned upon being promoted to Senior Management.

[] Developer -
Helps script or design any items, systems, or places belonging to Mondo®
*This rank is extremely rare and can only be acquired through outside hire from a the founder or co-founder. Promotions from Senior Management skip this rank and proceed to Staffing Officer.
==================================HIGH RANKS==============================
High Rank promotions are given out rarely on an occasion to Senior Managers from only the Co-Founder or Founder.
[] Staffing Officer -
This rank is given to the best of staff, both productive and on-task each and every day. Staffing Officers are expected to make sure each and every employee is working their job, manage rankings, reviews applications, host training and interview sessions.
[] Managing Officer -
Managing Officers have very much identical roles as to the Staffing Officer and have been involved with Mondo® for a considerably long time.
[] Executive Director -
Executive Directors oversee the operations of all employees following this rank. It is considered very much a privilege to achieve this rank.
[] Board of Directors -
Each Director apart of the Board of Directors is to oversee all large scale operations and handle any sort of issue that arises. These directors decide what directions the group needs to take, and what Mondo® needs to do to follow through with that plan.
