Small Clans*
If you want clans to come back labeling any clan as irrelevant is harmful to the cause. All clans are relevant, especially now when there's so few of them left.
To answer the question though it's because clans have decided that patrolling and you know, doing anything that would promote any sort of randomness in the clans scene would be terrible and instead decided to move to esports like gameplay such as team limits, no allies, etc.
That, and roblox's changes to price floors, removal of tickets, and the ad system has made it super hard for newer or NBC players to become invested into Clans, and therefore a lot of those smaller clans aren't pulling new members and thus don't have the manpower to patrol even if they wanted to.

they just have weird mindsets when it comes to defending, some clans outside c&g see it as a major insult and get hurt when someone raids them for some reason |

Yes it is about age, and time zone. small clans are mixed making time zone an issue unless people class them as "relevant". When that happens they will start growing. |

Shouldn't matter really. Even though larger clans are more commonplace now, we should support and even promote the growth of more smaller clans to fill the community. By calling them irrelevant we're only pushing them out of the community and leaving them to shrivel and die. Besides, larger clan and smaller clan were both respected as clans back in the old days and smaller clans were even much greater in number.

See above. We bring them into the community and perhaps they won't be this way. We want to grow the community not make it exclusive. Exclusivity hurts us right now, especially since we aren't exactly a major community anymore to begin with. |

We need more threads like this for example if there ever is a hope for clans to come back to even close to how large and expansive they were: https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=213692731. ## ###### there are many many other issues but this would be a good start. Simply releasing 'Roverse' won't fix anything, especially with seeing how buggy many of the potential functions were just in the egg hunt I have many doubts about Roverse being able to really be clan's new backbone. |

I am 16 and I chose to go to sleep early, but I doubt my parents care if I stay up until 4AM.
There is a difference between having a bed time and being smart. |

Clans not defending at 8? The hell? That used to be prime time for raids.
See, this is why we need to go back to just patrolling our bases, dropping any pretense of needing team limits for a fair raid and relying more on clan activity.
