Keep an open mind about this idea I was thinking about the other day and since then have expanded upon and given more thought. I'd like feedback and information to better this idea and someday make it a reality.
So far, there has been zero communication between clans with the rise of the developer and front-page games. ROBLOX is now getting to a point to where clans are becoming irrelevant and pointless in comparison to the focus they have given the actual developing aspect. WCoR attempt this but swiftly failed after management switch.
It is now more than ever we need to band together and start to better the community. Without this, the following will occur:
>Clans will die off.
>We won't be getting new people into the clan world.
>Technology won't circulate
>Lack of a singular voice in comparison to the ROBLOX community.
Offering a solution, a clan-world type "United Nations" could be a possible solution to some problems we are facing. More communication means organized events within the clan world, creating a fresh outlook and solid voice against the ROBLOX community. The more clans the participates means the more outreach we would have- and the bigger impact we could have the community. With this, the following will occur. Issues can be discussed, ideas can circulate, and clans can grow.
A unwise man does not learn from his mistakes.
A smart man learns from his own mistakes.
A wise man learns from other's mistakes.
Learn from other clans, be open for communication.
>Clans will stick around and have a bigger voice together.
>New people through this unified voice will join clans.
>Ideas and technology will circulate
The >BIGGEST< aspect of this would that it would have to be a well-known and well respected clan that begins this "Clan World UN". Without that, it's pointless and clans won't participate. Clans I have in mind are:
>WIJ
>RAT
>FEAR
>No one else because anyone else who would try would get laughed at
Again this is simply a rough outline. I'd love to go into further detail and help iron out some parts if people are interested.

maybe clanning is an outdated art that 99.99999% of people no longer find enjoyable because it's 2017 and there are good games on roblox now? |

WCoR didn't discuss, meet, or share ideals at all. It was just a medium for clans to view other clans. They actually were useless.

I like the idea but organizing that many clans, and the large/inactive ones seems like a hassle. |

remember when pspjohn tried to do something like this to "help" a bunch of smaller clans and then got attacked by literally every clan that ### ### members for it |

An interesting idea, but the petty squabbles of individual leaders will likely prevent this from working. Regardless, I would like to see clans adopt a system similar to this one. |

Which is why like in the actual UN, we would have a security council and a general assembly.
Security Council = Clans with most influence
General Assembly = Everyone

Clan world centalization will make the problems worse. This has been tried half heartedly by WCoR and it was a disaster. It'll devolve into petty politics and kicking your enemies out |

if it wanted to create war top countries could just... declare war?
this will just reinforce the current process of clans staying at the top for nothing but history and newcomers getting nowhere. How can you remove a clan from the security council? What if the clan gets bought? They'll just cruise and make sure to block anyone they dont like from joining |

Okay, without reading any of the comments here's my main concern:
Let's say a large clan like FEAR starts this United Nations clan. What would the incentive be for new clans the join? I don't want to join a group that sites there inactively and takes up group space; i'd just leave down the road.
In other words, there needs to be a system that attracts groups and their members, and to be honest, the only way to do this would be offering items after tournaments or other events.

Developers for a period of time
>Uniform
>New logo
>Scripts
>Building (fort, rec center, training facility) |
