Salutations, and welcome to the ICRC! I wanted to start this off by saying that this is strictly a roleplaying group! We have no affiliation with the actual International Red Cross. In this guide, I will be going over what different ranks do and what not.

Purpose:
The purpose of this group is to go out and find other groups games that may or may not have current issues regarding government and community health. We send our people to these servers and games to right thoro reports. One of our main sites is Arstotzka, we do many operations there, generally regarding fair treatment along the border and the food storage facilities there. When we send different ranks in, they are tasked with different missions regarding their ranks. So if you are a part of our medical staff, one thing you might do is evaluate hospitals or prescription use within the game. That is just one example. Our HR's will be in constant contact with anyone that wishes to set out on a reporting trip. More information will be provided on how to do so, below.

Supporter:
As a supporter, you cannot do much. You simply are just here in the group and are able to read the reports sent out at the end of each week. We do encourage anyone of this role to set out and look for jobs within our ranks though.
Engineering Aid Staff:
As an engineering staff, you will be tasked with general use, including construction of homes, governmental buildings, and other basic things around areas we station you in. You will be tasked to write up reports about the conditions of different games regarding building and technology. To become an Engineering Aid Staff, please fill out an application.
Vehicle Operations Staff:
As a vehicle operator, your task is to find places for our guys to go, and if needed, provide transportation and insight about the area when they get there. They will be aiding our other aid staff in getting around different games, allowing them to write up reports. You must fill out an application to gain this position.
Medical Staff:
As a Medical staffer, you will be tasked with checking games conditions, making sure they are safe, and that their own medical personnel and buildings are properly sustained. You will write up reports regarding conditions of servers and the people in them. You must fill out an application to gain this position.
Human Resources Manager:
They are in charge of staff, helping find places to go, and reading over some smaller reports. They can also aid in training staff. You can apply for this position. Although, there is only allowed to be eight human resources managers.
Board Of Directors:
In charge of the overall rules of the group, making sure people follow them, and reading over major reports. They also vote on major decisions within the group. This position is hand picked from the current Human Resources Managers. There may only be five on the board.
Vice President:
In charge of the Board Of Directors, helps in making decisions, reads over applications, and assists the president in any tasks he has. There may only be on VP and (S)he is hand picked.
President:
Can do all roles and more. This position is a set position, with no possible claim to it.

IMPORTANT ADD-ONS
Please be aware, that before you conduct any form of a report, you need to get a server to go on and report about from the President, Vice President, or Board of Directors. You MUST fill out a report every time you visit a server on behalf of the International Red Cross. Also, please wear some form of identification that you are from the Red Cross while you are on. Act maturely.
