Remember 2010, People would build stuff and get prizes, as in hats or gears, people had a reason to build good stuff, Now with the removal of tix there is no reason, well people can't get robux for place visits or no one will get bc (Although the site could run off Advertisements like it always does with NBC.
I think it would strengthen the Roblox community and get more people into building good stuff.

I know this was started as early as 2007, with some event tags in the usernames. But it would make more and more alts and bots when they join the building competitions.
