It's been quite a while, hasn't it? This review will serve to see the public's view on TRA's current high command and what certain HRs can improve on, as well as judging the current health of our high command as a whole. TRA and the public may submit their opinions, but please keep it constructive and fair.

Hockeychris11 : This man honestly terrifies me every time he connects to the teamspeak, every raid I see him in he gets angrier and angrier. I fear for whoever #### ## ### ###### and won't a message saying, "You're cool, don't show up tomorrow." When he was sick and his voice was nasal he sounded like a former shooter at my school. On a serious note, though, it's impossible to discuss anything with him. Regardless of whether or not he's wrong or right, he becomes the most hostile individual in a discussion and always escalates it to an argument. He's always right, and if you're wrong, you're a stupid ######### He needs to calm down and put his ego aside and accept criticism rather than turning every small discussion into a, "You're wrong, I'm right." All of that side, though, he actually dedicates himself to the group and shows that he cares, he just needs improvement in my opinion. |

- Sandiamond : While you are definitely more hands on than TAC was, genuinely don't see what is so different about the both of you. You genuinely let other people handle your business in your stead. And while every once in a while you'll get excited and stirred up at the topic at hand, I would prefer to see it a lot more often.

- Hacted : Strange one you. I don't genuinely tend to agree with your issues and you can be irrational in your decisions and dismissive off others yet at the same time you show genuine care for everything. There's a reason why you're one of the first people I inform about things.

- TAC69 : Lol, self-admittedly inactive and only there because he's just not been demoted yet. But to be fair, Arch General is basically an honourary role.

- drew6670 : Your biggest problem is that you are simply the least opinionated General. Hardly ever do you input an original thought into High Command meetings and genuinely seem shy to make a case. Although for what your role is as Head of the Elites, you do a fine job.
- hockeychris11 : The one member in the group who I trust the least. How can I trust anyone who's literally told me that everything he does is for Lord General. Joke or not there is an ounce of truth in it and I'm curious as to how many people have been victims to your mindset in the past. While honesty is a redeeming feature for your characteristic, I'm always analysing your decisions to find the part which aids you.
- Nawmis : Ugh I don't know what it is about you but lately you've been a bit meh with me. Even to the point where you'll begin an argument and act like I was the one who started it. That aside I'm really unsure as to what your Development progress is like, nor any of the development team.
- ShandalfGreyhame : I'm inactive but I'm resigning soon anyway so whatever.
- Centauri07 : I like when you admit you're wrong because jees I've had a hard time making you admit you're wrong over the smallest issues before. Frankly I'm just unsure as to your position as Head of Progression. It has been shown in the past that you have certain expectations and attitudes which you expect all Officers to adhere to. I simply feel you should try adapting to the Officers more rather than have them try adapting to you. But that's just my two cents.

- ############ : Get your priorities straight with Diplomacy, please. You are a great Head, one of the better Heads we have in TRA right now, and Diplomacy is not an easy Department to run. But at least run it with a little more confidence than you already do. Frankly I have trust issues in you leading a negotiation.

- Hacted : He's a Hacter. He's one of our best high command member overall, he really know how to lead, and is excellent at many things, such as diplomacy. I would like to see Hacted being the commander someday.

- hockeychris11 : why is he a general? he's a recruit. Jk, you're a general still, I see you are doing poorly in the warfare department, but I think you keep us warfare department members out of warfare stuffs. We rarely do stuffs, so I think you would need to get warfare being more productive.
- Nawmis : Naw, not going to review this. Just kidding, Nawmis is doing very well in TRAD, and maintaining our TS3 servers.
- ShandalfGreyhame : As he will be resigning soon, I have no comment.
- Centauri07 : Strike 1! Seriously, you're doing a great damn job as the head of progression. I see no need in improvement.

- C10NED : bad colonel, he aa too much. jk, C10NED is fairly good colonel, but sometime, he get his anger getting the best of him. I remember on TS3 that he blamed someone for losing a raid at Dam Fort. You really need to chill, and control your anger.
- thorhayez : who is Thorhayez? I only know Thor########## he's a great colonel, pretty active, and does a lot of elites stuffs.
- lowawesome411 : His activity has been low (no pun intended); I scarcely see him in events pretty much.

Lord : He's doing great with the diplomacy department; I don't get why he's not a general yet. I am very impressed with him as I remember the stuffs we did in 2012-2014, courts stuffs, and some fun things at the clan battle. Keep it up!
- antonio6643 : He's alright, pretty active, and has been working on a new training place for TRA. I hope to host there when he's done!
- Recogic : He's terrible, can be sometime stupid, and not being focused on his task as a colonel. I would say this guy need a lot of improvement.

- Thewarriorofchicken : CLose your local KFC, he's getting your chickens! Anyway, he has changed a lot over the years, from a laughing stock to where he is today, and I cannot say how that he improved over the year. Still has flaws but is doing well.
- Power_PIay (Gigazic) : Gigazic is #1 Major. Seriously, I need to host more events with TRA, and being active will be helpful. I am going to help the high commands with some of their stuffs.
- RagedTech : ragequit. I hadn't seen him a lot since his demotion from Colonel.
- Zepenguin4 : The Zee penguin! He's doing well, host events in both TRA, and the elites.
- Jarretto7 : I don't see him very much.
- NoobXRT : His activity is erhhhh.
- Flexnotch : Flexnotch is doing pretty well, but need to chill with admin usage.
- GravityTyphoon : One of our most toxic major, but he's a great major, but could scale down his toxicity.
- Mohid12 : Mohid12 has been involved in many things in TRA, and is pretty active. I would love to see him being our next colonel. |

- Sandiamond : You've been a helpful tiebreaker and settler of some rather heated important decisions in the past, which reflects well on your purpose as commander. I do know you have to work around the Aussie dial-up and the time zones, although I would like to see some more direct input from you while still maintaining enough of a laissez-faire approach to the high command so as to avoid groupthink. However, you've certainly been around when we needed you.

- Hacted : You're certainly considered quite the extension of Sandi, as your rank basically entails. Sometimes there are some strange ideas, not all of them great, but you're definitely one of the core reasons why people get their rear ends into high-gear; we know what happens when we tango with you. Try and make sure you don't put any more pianos in TRA places though, that gets a little weird.

- TAC69 : You're there, and you're certainly one of the most down-to-earth guys we have in the high command. You're our source of memes, and although you're pretty much inactive, the definition of your rank entails just that, as it's almost honorary. Good job (I guess?).

- drew6670 : You're probably one of the nicest guys in the high command, tied with Epik. You're good at what you do, I just hope you can try and speak up a little bit more in your opinions. You're certainly doing what you're supposed to, I just hope you can make your presence a little bit more well-known.
- hockeychris11 : I don't even know what department you're trying to powerplay now, which scares me. You're certainly one of the more outspoken members, a bit strange at times (you know what word I mean by strange), and you do handle warfare like a head of warfare would; I'd just recommend trying to refrain from being as headstrong in some decisions, and cut back on the hockey, it's impairing your activity (like I'm the one to lecture people on that, jk).
- Nawmis : You're stuck with terrible internet and have been swamped with projects. I admire the work you put into TRA dearly and consider your job probably the most personal-skill intensive positions for internal departments, and you handle it well. I know you aren't really up for using your mic, although I would like to hear the belgian sound the chocolate factory horn once in a while.
- ShandalfGreyhame : You've been occupied with family and handling CA as it begins to reach some uncertain ground, I know you're waiting until Newsletter 200 so I'll give you a bit of a pass there. You certainly have a passion for thing, which I know first-hand what happens when someone treads on that. I'd just recommend trying to shape-up what you have to go out on a good note (if you still care enough).
- Centauri07 : You're around a little bit more often now, I know you're busy with school as I am myself, and you're making attempts to handle your department and other projects as well as you can while working around that, which I respect. I hope you can stick around a little while though, I'd love to work on some lore with you sooner or later.

- C10NED : You're an interesting character. While you're a cool dude, you also seem to not like my dumb jokes which often causes some conflicts between us. I certainly couldn't do what you do in your department, and for that I respect you, as much as I meme you as a person, We certainly don't see eye-to-eye on some things, but I feel that you're still doing well for being our newest colonel.
- thorhayez: You were an unofficial HR for quite a while, and nothing much has changed. You're around and you help out when asked, and you don't really complain, I just wish the silent memer could bring us some banter in top-notch audio quality sometime soon.
- lowawesome411 : I've been busy with a massive Community ####### project which is still being tested and school, and I'm often unable to get to events due to my schedule cramping up in April. I'm not very active right now and I intend to change that soon, and hopefully will be able to help in improving CA along with Shane in the coming months or so.

Lord : You're the guy I look up to for taking what was the least-efficient department of TRA and turning it into a powerhouse of a machine. You've got a lot on your shoulders and still manage to impress, and I think the only thing you need to work on is a little bit more self-confidence and assertiveness. You need to be able to push your points and demands across in negotiations and make sure that benefits TRA, and that's really the only thing I see you lacking a bit in. You've got this, assert yourself.
- antonio6643 : You need a mic, and you need to prove yourself reliable. You've helped me out in the past, of which I am grateful, however, you need to be able to properly and effectively convey your thoughts in meetings, and be a little bit more helpful in the sense that Shane and I had to force you to stay in our channel in order to make sure something got done. Also, keep practicing scripting, JC war never forget.
- Recogic : I anticipate great things from your projects you're assigned to, I'd like to hear you speak soon enough as well. You just need to make sure you do what you're asked to in your departments, since the Generals don't take too kindly to an inability to do just that.
