Another ironic factor is how all of the serious reviews have come from other HR's. Shouldn't it be the other way around, shouldn't mostly officers be writing serious and critical reviews? It seems as if our officer corp is too small in number and the majority of them do not seem to think this is serious, as if they know this thread doesn't help anyone. Shouldn't effective officers be serious and critical thinkers, similar to the highranks? You ignore these things but still think that a HR review will help, so this suggests that you only take criticism or a difference of argument when you feel fit. Bad progress, bad thread, and I hope members who do read this begin to think critically of where their standing is in this group.

I personally agree with Thor ##### and zepenguin. We can dramatically enhance TRAs activity by increasing the amount of officers. Right now the proportions off officer to soldiers is uneven; this is why there are no trainings and events. |

Rather than acting as automatons, officers shouldn't be intimidated to opine in TRA relations and ######## On the other hand, it is the duty of high rank officials to acknowledge their input. Regarding high ranks who want to remove themselves from the clan and be inactive, they should be demoted to open space for brighter candidates. |

TRA should also function as a democracy where the polls of soldiers is valued. Reading through the reviews above, I am recognizing many cases of corruption where the views of the official is being swayed by higher officials. They are swayed because they fear of losing their positions. This brings me back to my last point, TRA officials should promote a safe environment for people to opine. |

- Sandiamond : Can't say I have much of an opinion on you at the moment. Takes a hands-off approach to the group and leaves crucial issues to the HiCOM's decision, which I generally appreciate. Just work on mantaining a "leader-like" presence in the group, hopefully I'll get to know you better. 7.5/10

- Hacted : Basically the main man in the group. TRA wouldn't be doing the best if you didn't care for the group like you do now. I get this really radical "anti-elitism" vibe from you, however you tend to match with my other opinions. Only worry is that you might burnout from the carrying you are doing. - drew6670 : One of the best generals overall. Mostly involved in elites and combat related stuff, however he's well known for his kind and quiet demeanor. Just work on getting your opinions out man, even as your close friend I don't know much about your vision for the group. As for elites, you could afford to be tougher on stuff. 8/10
- hockeychris11 : Another Fine General Of The Robloxian Army. He's running the warfare department pretty well and is very active. But I do share the common concern of a "power" mindset that you seem to hold, maybe not to the extreme opinion of some others though. Does care for the group a lot which is why I don't worry too much about you. Good job. 8/10
- Nawmis : dont know a lot about, seems to be doing well in leading the developers 7/10
- ShandalfGreyhame : Not really active in coming to events, and I mostly know you for the newsletter. You seem to be stubborn in opinion and have a toxic attitude overall. The tourument was a good idea though, just poor execution. 5/10
- Centauri07 : You seem chill. Gets annoyed when I leave officer meetings (understandable) and probably doesn't have the highest opinion of me but you are doing exceptionally well with progression. Good job. 8/10
