A Bill to Recognize more crimes
SECTION 1: All of the listed acts here shall be declared illegal, and can have a serious punishment: Bribery, stalking, solicitation, and embezzlement.
SECTION 2: Anyone caught committing these crimes will be immediately prosecuted and tried in the city of Norfolk court of law.
Section 2A: Bribery shall be defined as: The offer or acceptance of anything of value in exchange for influence on a government/public official or employee.
Section 2B: Stalking shall be defined as: The unwanted pursuit of another person, such as following a person, appearing at a person's home or place of business, making harassing phone calls, leaving written messages or objects.
Section 2C: Solicitation shall be defined as: Encouraging or demanding someone to engage in criminal conduct, with the intent to facilitate or contribute to the commission of that crime.
Section 2D: Embezzlement shall be defined as: Theft/larceny of assets of money or property by a person in a position of trust or responsibility over those assets.
SECTION 3: This legislation shall be enforced by the city of Norfolk police department.

SECTION 4. This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
