A Bill to Recognize more crimes SECTION 1: All of the listed acts here shall be declared illegal, and can have a serious punishment: Bribery, stalking, solicitation, and embezzlement. SECTION 2: Anyone caught committing these crimes will be immediately prosecuted and tried in the city of Norfolk court of law. Section 2A: Bribery shall be defined as: The offer or acceptance of anything of value in exchange for influence on a government/public official or employee. Section 2B: Stalking shall be defined as: The unwanted pursuit of another person, such as following a person, appearing at a person's home or place of business, making harassing phone calls, leaving written messages or objects. Section 2C: Solicitation shall be defined as: Encouraging or demanding someone to engage in criminal conduct, with the intent to facilitate or contribute to the commission of that crime. Section 2D: Embezzlement shall be defined as: Theft/larceny of assets of money or property by a person in a position of trust or responsibility over those assets. SECTION 3: This legislation shall be enforced by the city of Norfolk police department.
