Entry Level Ranks:

[Resort Guest]
Resort Guest are the primary focus of the group. Employees will provide service and hospitality to our Resort Guest.
[Noted Guest]
Noted Guest are recognized as an outstanding member to Bévl Hotels & Resorts. Employees will provide service and hospitality to Noted Guest as well.
[Awaiting Training]
Awaiting Training are those who've applied or been interviewed but are awaiting a training session. Awaiting Training are still recognized as guest of the resort and not a staff member.

Lower Ranks:

[Service Attendant]
Service Attendant will serve the food court and treat all guest and members with respect while serving at the food court. Service Attendant are also to answer phone calls for room service and deliver the guest the item they desire.
[Housekeeping]
Housekeeping are going to make sure the resort is clean and tidy for all guest. They will have their own desk in which they will answer housekeeping phone calls. You will have a vacuum cleaner, a mop, and a towel to hand out to guest if they request one.
[Security]
Security will ensure safety at the resort. They are not to harass guest with their tools, or command guest to do something unless necessary. They will protect the resort from exploiters, spammers, and more.
[Receptionist]
Receptionist are the face of the resort. As a Receptionist, you will hand out rooms, answer questions and/or phone calls if needed. Receptionist are to use grammar at all times while serving a guest.

Middle Ranks:

[Supervisor]
Supervisors are to help lower ranks and guest if they request assistance. Supervisors are in charge if a higher rank is not present. They can preform all duties of a lower rank.
[Management]
Management are able to direct everybody and make sure people are on task and productive. They are in charge if a higher rank is not present. They can preform all duties of a lower rank.

High Ranks:

[Board of Directors]
Board of Directors are high ranks of the group. They are here to operate and improve the group. They are in charge if a higher rank is not present. They can preform all duties of a lower rank.
[Chief Executive Officer]
Chief Executive Officers are high ranks of the group. They are here to operate and improve the group. They are in charge if a higher rank is not present. They can preform all duties of a lower rank.
[Vice President]
Vice President is the co-owner of the group. They are to be treated with respect. They are here to operate and improve the group. They are in charge if a higher rank is not present. They can preform all duties of a lower rank.
[President]
The President is the owner and builder of the group. They are to be treated with respect. They are here to operate and improve the group. They are in charge if a higher rank is not present. They can preform all duties of a lower rank. |
