[MPD][OFFICIAL][TRAINING SYSTEM][2017]
This is a brand new training system which has key relevance to what is needed and expected of an Officer when they patrol the streets of London. It also ensures that the people being promoted actually learned something during the training and did good enough for a promotion. It requires that the HR's take notes of each candidate in order to get a rough idea of how skilled they are.
Firstly, the trainer will get everybody into an STS fashion, if anybody talks or exits the STS without the trainers permission, the trainer has full rights to remove the candidate from their training. Strictness at training's is now mandatory and we will not tolerate any "Nice" training's from now on.
After there is a good amount of Candidates (5-50), the trainer should slock the training so that no one else can enter late ## that is unfair to those who got in on time. After the trainer has slocked, they will do their training introduction as normal.
Once the introductory things are out of the way, the trainer shall begin their warm up which is "Turns". "Turns" acts as the Officers ability to take in commands correctly and raise their alertness for the rest of the training. The trainer should name everyone "IN" before they begin so that they know no one has rejoined. Anyone who rejoins shall be kicked straight away as we will not tolerate any Officers who can't take basic instructions.
Once turns is done, the trainer shall unlock the hall so that anyone who dies/resets during the training can return to their position. The trainer shall then take them to the obstacle course where the Officers can brush up their agility for patrolling situations in London. Anyone who is slower than 20 seconds shall be kicked from the training as they are clearly not fit to continue.
After the slow people have been filtered from the training, the trainer shall wheel the training to "Traffic Stop". "Traffic Stop" is now mandatory at training's as the Officers need to get a feel for pulling people over correctly. The Officers will pair up and the trainer will simulate with them a pullover. If the 2 Officers do a successful pullover, they may STS back. If they fail the pullover, they will be removed from the training.
Once that is done, the trainer will take the trainees to "Defence Tactics". Any abuse is an instant kick and a suspension. All the trainee has to do is take down the trainer. If the trainee manages to take down the trainer, they pass and can STS. If they fail to take down the trainer, they get a second try. If they fail the second try, they get kicked. (A second try is given because there could be exterior factors affecting the activity, for example lag).
After defence tactics, the trainer will take the trainees to "Teams". Here the trainer will do 3 rounds of TDM for the trainees. There will be no kicking for this activity as it is unfair to remove a whole team.
Once teams is done, the Trainer will take the trainees to their final activity. This activity is the classroom. Here the trainer will give the trainees 10 minutes to revise Miranda rights, Radio Codes and Laws. After the 10 minutes is up, the Trainer will give the trainees 10 mixed questions to do with the 3 topics. Here the trainer will have to take notes on how many each trainee has gotten correct. The trainee has to score a 7/10 to continue the training. Anyone below 7/10 shall be kicked.
After the final people have been removed, the Trainer will take the trainees to the graduation area where they pick 6 worthy candidates who did pretty well during the training. Once promotions are finished with, the Trainer will shutdown the game.
