How do you get money from Gamepasses

I made a game and someone bought a cheap gamepass and I'm wondering how do you actually get the money from the game.. I've checked the Developer stats and wondering how to get the money out of that but nothing is working so please help me if possible.

NBC players only get 10% of the robux after someone buys a gamepass. 10 robux = 1 robux for the NBC game creator. If the pass is lower than 10 robux, you can't get 10% of it so you get 0 robux.

Like, My gamepass was purchase for 36 robux and I didn't get my 4 robux? I'm wondering where'd it go.
