【Introduction】
The Seacrest County Police Department is a serious, professional, active, and realistic law enforcement department. The Seacrest County Police Department functions in an organized and well behaved manner. All guidelines and expectations listed below are required to be followed by all members of the Seacrest County Police Department. Failure to abide will result in disciplinary action.

【Department Rules】
1.Please keep the PD parking lot neat and organized with vehicles parked correctly.
2. No abuse, bias, or corruption of any kind.
3. Use proper radio codes and use only the radio when necessary.
4. Wear the proper department uniform during all shifts, training, and meetings.
5. Be realistic and professional when working on-duty and respect others.
6. Use proper English grammar at all times and follow partnership system during shifts.

【Uniform Dress Code】
• The department employee uniforms are on the group store.
• No t-shirts are allowed as uniform nor packages of any kind.
• Department uniforms are for specific ranks that only certain ranks can wear.
• Do not wear anything on top of the uniform that can block it from being seen.

【Department Promotion Guide】
A staff can get a promotion according to the staff’s job position, how well the staff does on shifts, how active the staff is and as well as if the spot being promoted to is available. Must also attend the P.O.S.T. job training. Staff that have had many problems with not doing their job properly will not qualify to get a promotion. Never ask for a promotion to increase chances of getting promoted. Staff will not get a promotion right away as it will take time to get promoted. All MR and HR positions must be earned and are hand picked only when the positions are available.

【Department Disciplinary Actions】
Not following our systems of rules, being inactive, or not doing your job properly will result in the best accordingly disciplinary action to the employee’s incident such as the following punishments:
• Job termination (fired)
• Kicked from the server
• Banned from getting rehired
• Suspension
• Probation
• Demotion
Note: After being terminated starting from 2 + times or wasting our time, the staff is banned from getting rehired.

【Important Notes】
• [EXCUSE] If a staff needs to be excused for a reason, the staff must announce an inactivity notice in the group wall ahead of time. The team must be equally balanced. There cannot be too many staff in a team.
• [AFK or BRB] If a staff must go AFK or BRB it must be quick and of importance and must first inform others and be out of the way. Constantly going AFK or BRB for a long period time is not allowed.
• [PARTNERING] All Cadet must be partnered with an SCPD Officer in order to patrol in the City of Seacrest. Any SCPD member can go along with at least 1 partner when patrolling.
• [USING THE RADIO] When you hit the emergency activation, you MUST provide a location afterwards. When responding to something, you need to say that you're respond on radio. SCPD MUST use the Law Enforcement channel on the radio. Must also use the correct police codes.
• [CHAIN OF COMMAND] Recognize the chain of command. When a higher rank tells you to do something while on-duty, you do it. If a higher rank then you tells you to leave the crime scene, then you leave the crime scene and go 10-8. Any questions or concerns about authoritative figures can be brought up and it will be straightened out.
• [UNIFORM USAGE] You CANNOT be in uniform while off-duty. Wearing the SCPD uniform while off-duty will result in a suspension. It's common sense, don't wear the uniform if you aren't patrolling. |
