To join 86, you must have up to par with these following requirements.

1) The user must have atleast a weapon or a gamepass.
2) The user must have no packages equipped when on-duty.
3) Appropirate clothing must be worn.
4) Loyalty and Excellence must be shown.

Once your in the group, a safetie will be provided. Meaning that the family will aid you if your in need of help or more brute force.
If you don't follow the requirements or be disloyal by joining another criminal organization, this safetie will be leaked. Meaning you will be on KoS.
