Stage and Promotion Guide:
Stage 1
Written Test (Google Forum)
This will show us what you think an HR is supposed to do, passing this test with a 95% or better will result in a promotion to Stage 2, if you do not pass it, this will result in you having to take the test again sometime after 24 hours has passed.
Stage 2
In-game Maturity.
The professors and I will be watching you at training's and raids to decide if you are worthy of being an HR. We will be focusing on your maturity at this stage, failure to have any in the time we watch you will result in being sent back down to Stage 1.
Stage 3
Spelling & Grammar
The professors and I will be watching you at training's and raids, similar to the last one, but now we will be watching maturity and grammar/spelling. Failure to have grammar and good spelling will keep you at this rank for longer, and still being watched.
Stage 4
All-Around Capability
We take all of the things we have seen from you over the past week or 2 and decide among ourselves if we see you being a good HR or not, failure to complete this will result in being sent back down to the stage we think you need work on, but not having to do the others.
