Every member is required to wear the uniform at all times in all group activities. The uniform can be found in the Group Description and Codex, as well as the Group Store. If you cannot afford the full uniform, you must wear all white. The Sovereign, Chancellor, and Head Council will do their best to fund whoever truly needs the Robux for the uniform.
