Option to refund game passes if they are found to not work

Recently and before I have bought bad gamepasses. While sometimes completely optional I believe that creators of these things should be held to stringent quality standards. If the gamepass does not work upon purchase the person should be refunded within 24 hours, via transaction reversal. After which Roblox will investigate to see if said GP does indeed work, or does not work. Refunds will not be given for those who had the pass when it worked. Because from my understanding, GP creators do not get the Robux from their pass immediately but it is in fact held for two days.(Correct if wrong)

i bought best gamepass, they did offsale it and replaced with better gamepass. i support owners need to teach lesson if they have not enough robux they owe us money :)

I agree, sales should be final. When purchasing things you have to do your research, value the cons, and make a decision If you buy a gamepass from a popular game, you are not going to run with the problem of a permanently broken gamepass(or scam) When playing a much less popular game you run higher risks of the gamepass being faulty or a scam. You value the consequences, and if in the end it doesn't work, you report it, and that's it. Every rose has its thorn.
