From there, they'll undergo a father to son assessment to ensure they're capable of carrying out basic duties. Once then if the Harbinger passes, they'll be sworn into the rank of Paragon.
IX. Justicar - Highlord
Justicar and higher rankings are chosen by the Republic of Aerius's high command themselves based upon the officer activity, loyalty, devotion, and much more to the the Republic of Aerius.

Article III. The Chain of Command
The Chain of Command describes into detail the role of every rank grouped into tiers to give the average Aerian an idea of how the group functions.
Tier I. Enlisted
Ranks Novice through Harbinger are enlisted rankings. They are the primary military back bone of the Republic that fuels the Republic's armies by the attendance of combat events and displaying prowess. Rank Erudite and above have the power to command those below them.
Tier II. Junior Commissioned Officer
Paragon is the only junior commissioned officer ranking of the Republic. They are the officers in training entrusted the power to host regular group events and are in the progression of learning how to carry out the role of an officer through field experience as well mentor-ship.
Tier III. Commissioned Officer
Ranks Justicar through Highlord are commissioned officer rankings, but Highlords are the members of the Republic's High Command. These are the primary leaders of the Republic that are responsible for maintaining group activity, combat prowess, national morale, and overall functionality of the group itself in the absence of the Chancellor.
