1. High Rank members of Ice Imperium are to be called “Sir” or “Ma’am”, depending on gender or preference.
2. Maturity should be enforced by all members in the appropriate setting.
3. Activity is required for high ranking members of Ice Imperium; inactivity can be punishable by demotion, suspension, or any other punishments deemed reasonable.
4. Grammar and punctuation is required by all members in the appropriate setting.
5. Respect is something expected from all ranks. This could mean anything from rule #1 to holding a grudge against a fellow member.
6. Members of Ice Imperium are not allowed to leave important events without being dismissed by an HR or authority higher then them. If need be, a member the rank of Lapis or above may dismiss themselves, but no rank below Lapis may dismiss others. If immediate leave is necessary, the member is to message the host of the event and inform them.
7. Any acts of hostility against Ice Imperium are treason and will result in immediate exile. Unless permitted, raiding, defending, or heresy are strictly forbidden.
8. As a member of Ice Imperium, regardless if you’re on-duty or off-duty, you represent Ice Imperium. Act in an appropriate manner or risk punishment.
