EMPLOYEE GUIDELINES:
•All employees of the Department of Boating & Waterworks are mandated to attend a boating course and take an exam after finishing said boating course.
•All employees must be familiar with all boating regulations and maritime crimes that are outlined by the Department of Boating & Waterways and the Legislative branch.
•All employees are required to follow all Firestone Laws. Any major felonies or boating infractions will result in the termination and/or blacklisting from the department.
•All employees are to obey all orders given by the superior ranking employee.
CIVILIAN GUIDELINES:
•All civilians are required to obey all regulations that are put in place if fishing, or doing any form of activity that is related to the waterways.
•All citizens will be required to abide by any and all maritime laws signed into law by the Governor that has passed both chambers of Congress.
•All citizens will be required to comply with orders from all Departments that have a maritime use, ranging from the Department of Corrections, to the Department of Homeland Security, and so on.
•All citizens are expected to listen to Department of Boating & Waterways employees for proper guidance or instruction when dealing with any maritime activities.
