This is by no means a new feature and I highly doubt ROBLOX will bring it back because there must be a reason why ROBLOX removed personal servers but I believe my reasons are valid to bring personal servers back to life.
1. Users without a great ability of building can get some recognition
2. Personal servers will bring a larger variety of game choice on ROBLOX
3. Users who are not very advanced at using ROBLOX Studio will still have the option to build in game too (I prefer building in game much more than the studio too)
Hopefully those reasons are great enough to bring personal servers back to life. Please do! It can do ROBLOX no harm.
