Yes. We're shutting down the group until May 1st, 2017.
Now, before you hit the "Leave Group" button, let me explain our standpoint.
None of us, including the customers feel like we're going in a positive direction, to provide the best service, best airports, and best planes for our customers. The majority of staff felt like this would be the best decision for all of us.
Some of the things that will be repaired:
• Customer Service
- We feel like our customers service is, quite frankly, terrible. We will try to improve this by retraining most of our employees to the best standard we can.
• Activity
-We also feel like the group, as you guys have expressed, is not active. We will be removing/demoting/retraining/hiring the apparent people to make the group feel active again.
• Airports
- We will also try to make our airports less "bland", as most people described in the google forum I published a few days ago, and maybe some new destinations for American Airlines to serve.
• Aircraft
- We will try to develop as many new aircraft and interiors as possible in the couple of weeks that we have to change all this stuff. Expect a few new aircraft by the time we open back up on May 1st, 2017, including the suggestions that you made (777-300ER and Embraer E175), along with some of our favorites.
We hope you can understand our standpoint, and at the end of this, we can strive the great that we are going for. ;) See you on May 1st.

While you shut down you should... Add New Airports to American Airlines. @TheHeart American Airlines is never going to add the planes you mentioned. I can tell you as a staff member for almost 3 years that there is no way they are ever adding those.

do what needs to be done. in my opinion add ######### Jackson international airport. and try to add a airbus A380 cause that will be AWESOME. and do we get a refund on our tickets? cause I have a business ticket and I don't want to loose 50 robux (though I alredy have) |
