This is the promotion guide for all the ranks at Lunar °.
For LRs:
Premium Customer: Must attend an interview or write a job application then pass it in order to rank up to Junior Barista.
Noted Customer: Allied Representatives/Developers/Clothing Designers may not be ranked up to another rank. However though, the retired (notable) workers may get their job back if they would like to return to Lunar °.
Trainee and Barista: Must obtain the required amount of points in the cafe and contact a Manager+. 50 for Barista, 150 for Senior Barista.
Senior Barista: The Supervisors+ will help decide who to promote to Assistant.

For MRs:
Assistants - Supervisors: Board of Directors and higher check their audits, and if the higher ranks think they are eligible to be promoted, they will be promoted. Lack of audits may result into demotion.
Managers: Staffing Directors+ decide who to promote to Board of Directors.

For HRs:
Board of Directors: Chairmen of Directors and above ranks decide who to promote to Staffing Directors.
Staffing Directors: Vice President(s) - Chairman decide who to promote to Chairmen of Directors (only nominations). Undergoes voting by whole community (final voting).
Chairmen of Directors: Vice President(s) - Chairman decide who to promote
Chief (Operating, Administrative, Executive) Officer - Chairman and Chairwoman decide who to promote (only nominations). Persons in these ranks may be promoted to any rank higher than them up to President, regardless of rank skipping. Undergoes voting by whole community (final voting).
Vice President - Chairman and Chairwoman decide who to promote (only nominations). Undergoes voting by whole community (final voting).
President - Highest rank attainable. May not be promoted any higher.
Chairman & Chairwoman - The highest and most powerful ranks in the cafe. May not be promoted any higher.
