Access to high security areas permitted for all authorized personnel.
Rules of Engagement:
Engage with Lethal force after multiple verbal warnings and attempts to de-escalate.
Telecommunications:
Unrestricted use of all systems, Comms relay should be still monitored for intercepted enemy comms.

Elevated alert status. Known or suspected threat.
Secure and High Security Areas:
High security areas are locked. Access restrictions in effect.
Rules of Engagement:
Engage with lethal force only if attacked with lethal force.

Combat alert status. Station/Outpost under attack, confirmed high threat, or major damage.
Weapons and Armor:
Body armor, helmet, and weapon mandatory for military personnel.
Open carry of weapons permitted for all authorized personnel.
Discipline:
Arrests and searches may be performed at discretion of military personnel.
Secure and High Security Areas:
Secure areas locked.
High security areas remain locked.
Safe room unlocked for High Important Assets.
Rules of Engagement:
Lethal force fully authorized.
Telecommunications:
Public communications restricted to critical or emergency use only.
New Pass########urity for PDA and IRC communications suggested.
Physical security of telecommunications chamber is advised.

Maximum alert status, Emergency Response team on the way. Immediate evacuation of all non-military personnel and high ranking personnel. DCA V-22s are to be stationed at the surface.
Secure and High Security Areas:
Unsecured as needed to facilitate evacuation and retrieval of sensitive materials, then locked once evacuation procedures end.

Standard Procedure
|Patroling|
Squads consist of two to three people.
Each squad has a designated area to patrol.
If you are caught off your patrol route, you are liable for NJPs.
If asked to report status, the squad leader replies with the Squad Name, Current
|Arrest|
For confirmed wanted criminals:
Squad assigned to area moves to the site.
Other squads continue designated patrol routes unless instructed otherwise.Location, and level of the situation in the area (Green, Blue, Red)
|Processing|
Take subject to brig and perform a search while they are handcuffed. If they are uncooperative or repeat offenders, buckle to a chair.
|Jailing|
Put the criminal in a chair.
For proven dangerous criminals, handcuffs may be kept on, and shackles may be used.

If you're in danger, press the panic button in your vest, it'll send an emergency signals to other UKQUs.
Always have a quickclot bag to treat wounds.
Gasmasks are very useful.
If you want to take down someone non-letally, use riot ammunition, rubber rounds, beanbag.
Always make sure that you are with your partner(s) at all times, or you may be put at risk.
