【Application】 Question 1a: Why are you interested in joining the Criminal Investigative Division? I am interested in the Criminal Investigative Division, because I believe that I can help make a difference within the FBI. It would be a very interesting experience to join, and I have a "progressive" mind set, meaning I try my best to progress whatever I set my mind to. I am also qualified in law and strategy skills. I find when I have schema of something, I do well at it. Question 1b: In your own words, what is the job/Responsibility of the Federal Bureau Of Investigation? The Mission of the FBI is to federally enforce and protect the United States laws, and making just that criminals are brought to their proper point of justice. They are also responsible for protecting the United States both Domestic and Foreign. Question 2: Tell me about yourself I consider myself a leader. Leadership is one of my biggest character traits I'd have to say. My goal in life is to progress, and do my best at whatever I set my mind to. I'm also a very personable guy, and I enjoy socializing with people and hearing their thoughts. At times, I can also be very self-doubting. I usually always think everything I do must be '100% perfect'. Law is one of my biggest passions, and it's something I like to learn more about. I have a lot of knowledge of US Codes, the constitution, and the court system. Question 3: Do you have an experience in law? Yes! I have a lot of experience in Law! In fact, it is one of my greatest passions! I currently serve as an Assistant US Attorney, and there I associate myself heavily with justice. I prosecute convicted felons, and make sure the law is being enforced. As well as being an Attorney, I have also served as a Private Attorney in my own law firm. That is really where my law career sparked up. About 7 months ago, I also served as a Officer in Training for the Las Vegas Police Department as well. I learned some basic laws and it did get me interested in interpreting the US Code. Question 4: What are your past-occupations? I served as US Representative for 1 term, an NSA Probationary Agent, Private Attorney, and a Las Vegas Police Officer. All of these occupations are based around law, and enforcing it. Question 5: What are your current-occupations? Currently, I work as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Department of Justice, which does give me a lot of background knowledge of Justice and the FBI. Question 6: Hypothetically, if this application were to pass, what do you believe your new job as a CID Agent will be about? Well, I believe my job will be both a challenge and a chance to progress. It would involve investigating and overseeing US criminal charges/crimes. It would also involve heavy concentration as to viewing characteristics of the crime, for example picking up traces of where the crime was at, when it happened, etc. To me, it will require inspecting certain cases and aspects of it. Teamwork, and progress is what is needed to succeed. I intend on doing just so. Question 7: Hypothetical Scenario, if your friend is on the LVPD team, and shoots innocents, threatens people to go vote a certain person and detains a person just for the sake of it, what US Codes, if any, has your friend violated? 1. 18 U.S. Code § 872 - Extortion by Officers or Employees of the United States: Extortion by Friend has threatened people to vote a certain person, making this extortion. 2. 18 U.S. Code § 1111 - Murder : Friend has illegally killed innocent people without probable cause, making it murder. Question 8: Hypothetical Scenario, if you see a person conspiring against the United States for another nation, what US Code did this person violate? 18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States : This person has conspired against the United States for another nation. 18 U.S. Code § 371 is the act of conspiring to do something harmful/illegal to the United States. That is what the person is doing. Question 9: Have you ever been AoSed, if yes, how many times and why? No. I've never been AoSed. I work to enforce the law, and not break it. I try to keep a clean record as well. Question 10: Using a step-by-step procedure, lets say you are currently a CID agent on patrol, and suddenly, you see an argument on the radio regarding two figures really angry at each other. They are both at BoA and begin tazing each other, shooting each other, etc. What would you do? For my first step, I would simply warn both warn the two if they were just simply fooling around (as citizens). If they were employees of the United States government, I would take a video of the two and send it to their bosses. Next, if they were beginning to become a public disturbance, I would approach the situation and arrest the two for Murder, Attempted Murder, and Abuse of Tools, and Public Disturbance. After that, I would try to settle their argument, and inform them that they cannot harm each other over it. I'd also report to their Agencies/Department's that they were abusing their tools, and shooting each other, so they may receive proper punishment. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
