Believe it or not people actually use these features quite often and I don't know why it's missing in the new catalog update
And I swear if someone uses "too confusing for new players" as a reason, it's not. Your concept of "over simplicity" by taking out USEFUL features in your webpage updates is only making things more complicated and frustrating. They may seem like small features but they were used frequently and should be added in with the new catalog page.

Because they think they're making things less confusing by taking out features people actually rely on. The only thing that has been confusing new players is the recent updates because they're slowly taking away features that are helpful.

if you're gonna stick with the "too confusing for new players" excuse, which is a terrible excuse, you might as well be supporting them taking the whole site since it'd be "too confusing for new players"
anything is confusing when someone is new to it, but over time they learn how things work and will find having various features useful
except they're doing the exact opposite by taking practically all of them away
